Top left is Snowflake Obsidian, then moonstone. The one you show from the top right is Smoky Quartz. If the other two are not the same, are they solid black? If so, check the weight. If they are really light, as the one on the left, it's black obsidian. If it's heavier, it's onyx.
To the right of the aragonite is aquamarine, and next to that...I really need another view of that (google labradorite and black moonstone for some possibilities). The blue stone on that row...if there are pyrite flecks it could be lapis, but is likely sodalite.
Bottom row, l-r... appears to be agate, sodalite, jasper, and either dyed agate or charoite. Could possibly be one other stone, but I'd need a closer photo/more views.
As for the Citrine...most commercially available stones are heated, but they do carry their own energy, so they are not "worthless." If the third stone is much lighter, be sure it's not Amber or something like Lybian "desert glass" before discarding it.
